SITE OBSERVATIONS (Experiential Issues)
Plain: This suggests that the site lacks distinctive features or embellishments. It is basic in design, without character or identity.

Uninspiring: This indicates that the site fails to evoke enthusiasm or creativity. It lacks excitement or originality, making it dull or uninteresting to engage with.

Limited: This site has constraints or restrictions, in terms of functionality, resources, or options. It does not offer a wide range of choices or possibilities, leading to a feeling of being constrained or restricted.

Exclusive: The site is selective or restricted to a particular group or individuals. It feels like it is designed for a specific audience (Eurocentric) or purpose, excluding others from accessing or participating in it.

Basement level floor ID render. We renamed this level river as it is accessible from the rear of the building and is on the same level as the Savannah River, which is directly behind the building.
Floor vinyl way-finding system based on schools of studies and subject matter offered at SCAD. Making it easier for students to find their way.

Amenities render. Finding these amenities are a huge point of friction for new students and visitors to this space, so we redesigned them to help locate these sites that are located at the end of an unlabeled corridor.
Experience Space Feature
A creative, rooftop, "Zen Garden", featuring built in seating and gathering spaces using all recycled materials like plastic, eco-friendly bamboo, turf made out of recycled plastic bottles, "Sand" path made out of recycled rubber, artificial trees that are made from the same recycled materials and feature hanging geometric lights that are solar powered and illuminate at night.
